Are you making also customs documents or not?
Yes. All documents in Europe (EX1, EA, T1) & in Russia of course are made according to the law.
Have you got your own terminal and if yes where?
You must do the custom in your own terminal or you must do it also to another?
We've got own warehouse in Moscow. We work with most customs terminals in Moscow. In Russia private companies can only own temporary warehouses at customs terminals. Such temporary warehouses are also very expensive & are not needed to be owned to perform "door-to-door" delvery.
